- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without any prior notice and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.
- Any change in the terms and conditions of this website shall be deemed to be our users’ acceptance. It is the duty of our website users to regularly check the terms and conditions section of the website to stay updated. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
Buying & Selling Of Products
Buying from Applesuperstore
Taking care of your order/ purchased product is our priority, and in we do so as far as it is in our power and control to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer.We are not liable for any third-party theft through access to unauthorized data.
- Once a product is selected, it will lead to the CheckOut page where the confirmation button will intimate us and the user by sending an acknowledgement email containing details about the products’ that have been ordered.
- This should be considered as an order confirmation or order acceptance from Applesuperstore.
- As soon as the product is shipped Applesuperstore will send you a dispatch confirmation email containing the details of the courier/ tracking number.
- Order acceptance and completion of the contract takes place at the time of dispatch of product that has been ordered unless if it has been notified to the user that the order has been accepted, or has been cancelled at your end in accordance to the instructions laid down below:
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- Product ordered by user is out of stock.
- Failure to obtain authorization for payment of product purchased.
- Pricing or product description error.
Users’ inability to meet eligibility requirements as set out in Terms and Conditions.
A user have a time window to cancel the order before it is dispatched. For cancellation of an order you may send a request through email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of your product, reason for cancellation and order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the below ‘Unwanted Items’ procedure.
If you have an unwanted item or order, please contact our Customer Services department within seven days of receiving said items, detailing your order number and the item(s) you will be returning.
Outside of seven days, Applesuperstore reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange requested for items which are not faulty.
Refunds will not be made for an items that is returned as faulty which was otherwise not faulty when shipped to you.

All products are second hand/refurbished unless stated.
Images are for reference only and do not display the actual condition or design of the product, which may vary in some cases.
Condition of Items
We will charge you depending on the condition or grading of our products. For more information, please see our Product Grading guide.
To buy any product from MacTechStore.co.uk you must make payment using a valid UK Credit or Debit card or PayPal account.
Deliveries are made to the UK billing address mentioned on the provided Credit/Debit Cards or to the registered address of Paypal account that is used for transaction. Applesuperstore is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to incomplete address provided by the user.
Selling to Applesuperstore
Applesuperstore reserves the right to refuse to purchase any item or limit the number of items to be purchased at their sole discretion.
Please ensure that you are the legal owner of the goods you wish to sell, as ownership will be transferred to Applesuperstore upon receipt of order.
Your obligation is to dispatch goods you are selling to Applesuperstore in a timely manner.
Prior to Applesuperstore .co.uk receiving items shipped by users, the risk of loss and liability for such items remains with the user/ sender until Applesuperstore .co.uk receives the items. This means that the risk of loss and liability for such items passes to us once we receive the items from the courier service.
Incomplete orders will not be entertained. All parts of the products should be sent together, or we have the right to cancel the items that have not been received and process only those items that we have received.
Payments are dispatched only to the detail that customer has provided. Applesuperstore will not be responsible for any payment that does not reach the customer in case of misinformation or incomplete information given to us by the customer.
Our offer price for your products may vary depending on the actual grade or quality that we determine once the product is received.
In the event that your phone does not meet our grading criteria for “mint”, “good” or “poor” conditions, we will re-grade your item and inform you regarding the actual grade and the price that we may offer or in some cases if we may want to cancel the purchase. Any misinformation or mismatch in grade on part of the customer will not be a burden over Applesuperstore and the customer will have to pay for the postage of the item in that case.
Your goods must be received by Applesuperstore at the designated location within ten days of your order being placed. Quoted prices may vary or orders may be cancelled if goods are not received within this period.
Please note that prices quoted on our website are subject to change without notice.
Any item that fails our testing procedures will be returned (if requested) by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.Once sent, a tracking number can be supplied on request. Applesuperstore will not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods among failed items.
Applesuperstore offers a full year warranty on all item purchased. The Applesuperstore 12 month warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any damage caused by unlocking a mobile phone, and only covers software faults arising in the course of normal use.
After fifteen days from the point of receipt, defective products will be fully tested to verify the fault. If an item is found to be defective, the first step would be to repair or replace. In case of failure in the first step, the second step would be a refund. If a refund is given in 6 months of the original purchase date, the original amount will be paid, after 6 months the price will be at current or original market value as per the grade of the product.
Prior to Applesuperstore .co.uk receiving items shipped by users, the risk of loss and liability for such items remains with the user/ sender until Applesuperstore .co.uk receives the items. This means that the risk of loss and liability for such items passes to us once we receive the items from the courier service.As such, Applesuperstore recommends that when sending items for return or refund you use an insured and/or traceable method of transit, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.
Terms and Conditions of Full Year/ 12 Months Warranty
All items purchased from Applesuperstore comes with the standard warranty of 12 months.
If a product turns faulty within 14 days of normal use, Applesuperstore will offer a full refund of the original payment or offer a replacement.
Applesuperstore reserve the right at their sole discretion for second hand goods returned after 15 days from the purchase date that under proper use are, or become, defective within a period of 12 months from the point of receipt to:
(a) Resolve the issue by repair or replacement.
(b) If an item is marked as faulty:
(i) Applesuperstore will refund the original price within the first 6 months of purchase, or
(ii) After 6 months from purchase, we will refund to current/original price (whichever is the lower)
Applesuperstore will only accept Goods returned that are:
(a) Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the Goods.
(b) Returned Items to Applesuperstore should contain all items included in the original sale, including manuals, cables, disks, packaging and any other items originally supplied.
c) All returned items need to be tested and the fault verified before any refund, repair or replacement can be issued.
Applesuperstore cannot accept Goods returned that are:
a) Returned without proof of purchase.
b) Faulty, caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
c) Repaired by a third party vendor other than any associates of Applesuperstore .
NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other Electronic devices, alteration, maladjustment of customer controls, improper modification (such as mobile phone sim-lock removal), firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than a Applesuperstore approved agent.
